Reflection Man, created by Lucas Sieuzac for Amouage in 2006, is a clean, elegant woody floral for men. Woods and flowers share the lead, and a minority of people notice spice, greenery and herbs.

Rosemary, petitgrain and pink pepper open with a crisp, herbal and leafy citrus freshness with a light spice. The heart is unusually floral for a masculine scent: neroli and jasmine bring a bright, white-flower glow, ylang-ylang a creamy softness and orris root a refined powdery note. The base is patchouli, cedar, sandalwood and vetiver, a smooth, creamy and dry woody finish.

Many wearers find it long lasting, and the trail is mostly moderate. It is voted for spring and summer and worn more by day than at night. That suits office wear, weddings and smart occasions, for men who want a polished, clean floral-woody scent.
