The notes are listed without a pyramid: pear for a juicy, fresh opening; pink pepper for a light spicy sparkle; gardenia, jasmine and orange blossom for a creamy white-floral heart; and toffee and vanilla over cedar for a sweet, caramelised base with a dry woody anchor. Despite the name, the floral side here is white flowers rather than rose.
