Bergamot and champagne open it with a bright, sparkling, slightly yeasty lift, joined by red berries, quince, peach and blackcurrant for a juicy, sweet-tart fruitiness. The heart is a full bouquet: rose, peony, jasmine, tuberose, magnolia, violet and osmanthus together feel rich and romantic, with the osmanthus adding an apricot-like, suede touch. Sandalwood and vetiver give the base a creamy, dry woodiness, patchouli an earthy depth, and amber and musk a warm, soft finish.
It suits spring and autumn and moves easily from day to evening. Anyone who likes generous, fruity florals with a warm woody base should find it appealing.
