Osmanthus is the star: a flower with a scent of ripe apricot, a soft suede-like texture and a hint of tea. Jasmine, including jasmine sambac, adds a sunny, creamy and slightly indolic radiance that deepens the floral heart. As it settles, the base becomes warm and balsamic: labdanum brings a sticky, ambery resin, Tolu balsam a sweet, vanilla-like depth, and vanilla a gentle sweetness, while sandalwood gives a smooth, milky woodiness that carries the flowers into the dry-down.
