Antal

Antal, by the Austrian brand Estoras, is above all a woody fragrance, with spice, floral notes and amber in supporting roles. Marie Le Febvre composed it in 2022.

Bergamot and two peppers, pink and Sichuan, give a bright, tingling start, with the Sichuan pepper adding a citrusy, numbing sparkle. Rose and geranium form a lightly spiced floral heart. The core is made of woods: cedar, vetiver with its smoky, earthy dryness, and Iso E Super, which gives a transparent, velvety woody hum. Tobacco, incense and tonka add warmth and a faint smokiness, while suede and musk soften the finish into something smooth and close to the skin.
