The opening is fruity and gently peppery: pear brings a crisp, watery sweetness, pitahaya, or dragon fruit, a lighter exotic touch, and pink pepper a faint sparkle. The heart is a bouquet of pink peony, magnolia, rose and jasmine sambac, fresh and dewy rather than heavy, with the jasmine adding a creamier depth. The base leans on musk: ambrette, the plant-derived musk mallow, gives a soft, clean, skin-like warmth, and tonka bean and sandalwood add a smooth, lightly sweet finish, while an ambery woody material extends the trail.
