Citruses and petitgrain open the scent together. Petitgrain is green, woody and slightly bitter, and it gives the citrus a leafy edge rather than a sweet one. The heart is a trio of white flowers: neroli brings a fresh, honeyed, lightly soapy brightness, jasmine adds a fuller, warmer richness, and ylang-ylang a creamy, slightly tropical sweetness. Immortelle in the base is the distinctive note, with its curry-like, maple-syrup warmth, and amber adds a soft, resinous glow beneath it.
