Calabrian bergamot gives the opening a bright, slightly bitter freshness, and lavender and rosemary immediately add a clean, herbal, Mediterranean-garden quality. Fig brings a green, milky softness, and hedione a transparent, airy, jasmine-like radiance that lifts the whole middle. Immortelle is the distinctive note: warm, dry and slightly sweet, with a hint of maple syrup and curry that gives the scent a sunbaked character. Haitian vetiver anchors the base with a smoky, rooty woodiness, and labdanum adds a soft, resinous, ambery warmth.
