Eucalyptus Patchouli

Eucalyptus Patchouli from the Polish brand Bohoboco (2016) is a woody fragrance with spice and greenery noticed by about half of those who describe it, and smaller groups finding freshness and amber.

Eucalyptus opens it with a cool, camphorous, almost medicinal freshness that clears the head. Pink pepper and cardamom add a bright, cool spice. Patchouli then comes through, earthy, damp and slightly sweet, the second half of the name. The base is woody and green: cedar gives a dry, pencil-like structure, oakmoss and moss a damp, forest-floor bitterness, and incense a soft smoke that adds depth.

It is shared and can be worn by anyone. The contrast between cooling eucalyptus and earthy patchouli makes it suitable for autumn and spring, the office, walks outdoors and relaxed evenings. It should appeal to people who like clean, herbal and earthy woody scents without sweetness.
