Joud by Ahmed Al Maghribi is a warm, spicy musk worn by anyone. Spicy is the word everyone uses; more than half also call it musky, about two fifths find it gourmand, and a minority mention amber.

Cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg open it with dry, baking warmth, and saffron adds a leathery, slightly medicinal spice that deepens the start. There is no bright citrus or floral stage; the heart moves directly into sweetness, with vanilla and tonka bean giving a creamy, almond-like richness. The base is soft and lasting: ambrette for a natural, slightly vegetal musk, musk for a smooth skin-like finish and amber for a resinous glow.

It is a cold-weather, evening fragrance by nature, close to the skin rather than loud thanks to the musky base, but warm throughout. It suits someone who likes spiced vanilla and musk scents and wants a shared fragrance with a Middle Eastern warmth rather than a fresh or green profile.
