Pineapple and apple open it, juicy and bright, with black currant adding a tart, green edge and bergamot a citrus lift. The heart is where it gains depth: birch brings a smoky, tarry, almost leathery note, patchouli an earthy darkness, and Moroccan jasmine and rose a soft floral layer that keeps it from feeling rough. The base is oakmoss, ambergris, musk and vanilla, which together give a dry, salty, slightly sweet finish.
