Cardamom, nutmeg and saffron open it with a dry, warm spice, brightened by mandarin and neroli. The heart is built around kulfi, an Indian frozen dessert note that smells of milky, nutty sweetness, surrounded by rose, jasmine and orange blossom, with mastic adding a slightly resinous, green edge. The base settles into vanilla, amber and sandalwood over soft woods, so it ends warm and creamy rather than sharp.
