The note list is short and unusual. Green pepper and green bell pepper open it with a sharp, vegetal and slightly peppery freshness, an unexpected and striking start. Saffron adds a warm, leathery and honeyed spice that gives the composition its spicy core. Quince brings a fragrant, slightly tart and honeyed fruitiness, somewhere between apple and pear, which is where the gourmand side comes from.
