Grapefruit and citruses give a sharp, bright opening, while thyme and rosemary bring a dry, herbal, sun-baked greenness. Saffron and spicy notes add a warm, golden heat that evokes sand and spice. Osmanthus offers a light, apricot-like floral touch. The base is dry and smoky: tobacco gives a honeyed warmth, guaiac wood a soft smoke, vetiver and patchouli an earthy depth, and tonka bean, amber and musk a gentle, warm finish.
