Cardamom and saffron open it with aromatic warmth, cardamom cool and green, saffron leathery and honeyed. The heart is a rich white-flower bouquet: jasmine, including Egyptian jasmine, gives a sunny, slightly indolic radiance, ylang-ylang a creamy, banana-like sweetness, and geranium a rosy, minty brightness. The base turns darker and more sensual, with labdanum adding a sticky, ambery resin, leather a smooth texture, patchouli an earthy depth and animal notes a warm, skin-like intensity.
