Niche Emarati Antique from Lattafa Perfumes, released in 2024, is a creamy, milky gourmand with an unexpected green side: everyone calls it sweet, most also find it green, and about half pick up wood and flowers.
Black tea and cardamom open it with a dry, slightly tannic spice. Fig brings a green, milky-sap freshness that explains the green impression, and jasmine adds a soft floral sweetness. The centre is comfort food: coconut, milk and caramel blended into something like a warm, sweet drink. Iris adds a powdery touch, and the base of sandalwood, tonka bean, amber and vetiver gives it a creamy, warm, lightly earthy finish with musk keeping it smooth.
