Salina by Laboratorio Olfattivo, composed by David Maruitte in 2013, is a fresh woody fragrance inspired by the seaside. It combines sea salt and pine with aromatic herbs and a soft, slightly sweet base.
The opening brings sea salt for a crisp, briny freshness, pine needles for a resinous greenness and lemon for brightness. In the heart, myrtle and lavender add aromatic, herbal notes, sand gives a warm, mineral dryness and sea notes an airy, watery feel. The base of tonka bean, white musk and cedar is soft, gently sweet and woody.
