Pear and blackcurrant open it with a juicy, slightly tart sweetness, joined by cardamom and clove, which bring a warm, aromatic spice. The heart is rose and rose petals, full and slightly jammy, with jasmine and jasmine sambac adding a smooth, heady sweetness and saffron a warm, leathery touch. The base is woody, with cedar and Atlas cedar giving a dry crispness, papyrus a dry, smoky woodiness, and leather a supple depth.
