Panna cotta is the idea at the centre: a cool, creamy, milky dessert sweetness, built from Tahitian vanilla and vanilla for a rich, floral-tinged creaminess and tonka bean for a soft, almond-like warmth. Mango and orange add a juicy, tropical fruit layer on top, and saffron a dry, faintly leathery spice that keeps the cream from becoming flat. Benzoin brings a sweet, vanilla-like resin, and white musk and musk give the base a clean, skin-like softness.
