Terrae means of the earth, and the scent is built around earthy, mineral warmth. Calamansi, a small Philippine citrus, gives a tart, juicy and slightly floral brightness, joined by citron for a rounded citrus note. In the heart, orris root brings a cool, powdery and slightly earthy floral elegance, and vetiver a rooty, smoky dryness. The base is warm and grounded: earthy notes give the smell of damp soil, and styrax a balsamic, slightly leathery resin that gives the ambery character.
