The opening is unusual for a gourmand: apple gives a crisp, juicy bite, bergamot a citrus sparkle, and sea salt a faintly mineral, savoury touch that keeps the start from being sugary. The heart is a soft white bouquet, with white lily and jasmine bringing creamy, slightly heady floral warmth, ylang-ylang a richer, banana-tinged sweetness, and red berries a tart, jammy fruitiness.
