Musk Maliki is a fresh, green floral from Al Haramain Perfumes, released in 2021 and worn by anyone. Floral is how everyone describes it, and a quarter or so also find it sweet, green, woody, musky or citrusy, which fits a clean, garden-like bouquet with a soft base.
Green apple and lemon open it, the apple crisp and slightly sour, the lemon sharp and clean, with violet leaf adding a green, cucumber-like freshness that keeps the start leafy rather than sweet. The heart is generous: Bulgarian rose for a rich, honeyed rosiness, Moroccan and Italian jasmine for a warm, creamy depth, narcissus for a green, slightly hay-like, animalic floral note, violet for a cool, powdery sweetness, and geranium for a rosy, minty edge. The base is sandalwood and musk, the sandalwood creamy and smooth, the musk clean and skin-like, so the finish is soft and quiet rather than heavy.
It is a daytime scent for spring and summer, worn by anyone who likes full, green florals that settle into a gentle musk.
