My Stellar, released by Ajmal in 2024, is a sweet, citrusy floral worn by anyone. Floral is the word everyone uses for it, most also call it gourmand, and more than half find it citrusy, with a few noticing musk or amber.
The opening is bright and a little sharp: grapefruit and bergamot together give a zesty, slightly bitter citrus that is softened by a tart touch of black currant. Almond arrives early too, adding a sweet, marzipan-like roundness that explains the gourmand side. The heart is a generous bouquet of rose, jasmine and magnolia, which reads as soft, creamy and slightly fruity rather than as any single flower. Vanilla and musk form the base, a warm, sweet, skin-like finish that holds the flowers in place.
It is a friendly, approachable scent that suits daytime and spring or summer wear, for anyone who likes florals with a citrus sparkle and a soft, sweet finish.
