The opening is boozy and fruity: rum, passionfruit, bergamot and geranium. The heart deepens with cinnamon, Bulgarian rose, leather and Singapore patchouli, which add spice, a dark rosiness and earthy depth. The base is rich and sweet, with caramel, vanilla and tonka bean over sandalwood, labdanum, ambergris and musk, so the drydown is warm and dessert-like without losing its woody backbone.
