APSU by Ulrich Lang is a green fragrance first of all, with spice, musk, flowers and amber in support and a touch of citrus. It was released in 2016 and is worn by anyone.

Bergamot, coriander and pink pepper open it with a bright, spicy and slightly green sparkle. Green leaves, green notes and violet leaf bring a fresh, leafy and slightly cucumber-like greenness. In the heart, water lily and jasmine give a soft, watery floral note, while white tea and tea add a calm, delicate freshness, and iris a powdery softness. The base is clean and calm, with frankincense giving a light, smoky resin, cedar a dry woodiness, and white musk and amber a soft, warm finish.

Calm and serene, it suits spring and summer, for daytime, the office and quiet weekends. Anyone who likes green, watery scents with a tea freshness and a soft, musky base will find it a refined, meditative choice. It feels transparent and quietly sophisticated rather than sweet or bold.
