The opening is bright and brisk: lemon, bergamot and petitgrain give zesty freshness, neroli a light orange-blossom lift, and pepper a little bite. The heart turns aromatic, with lavender and geranium bringing a clean, herbal floral note, chamomile a soft, hay-like warmth and oak a dry woodiness. In the base, carnation adds a clove-like spice, vetiver an earthy dryness, and sandalwood, amber and musk a soft, warm finish.
