Lemon and grapefruit open it with a bright, bitter-edged zest, and apple adds a crisp, slightly sweet juiciness. Sea water and aquatic notes give a cool, clean, breezy middle, with violet leaf adding a green, slightly metallic sharpness and geranium a rosy, herbal touch. The base is drier than most aquatics: vetiver brings a grassy, rooty woodiness, sandalwood a smooth, creamy warmth, and musk a soft, skin-like finish.
