It opens with lemon and Calabrian bergamot sharpened by cardamom, which gives the citrus a cool, aromatic spice. The heart settles into lavender over Atlas cedar, dry and clean, with cypriol adding a smoky, earthy woodiness. The base is warmer and rounder: ambroxan brings a mineral, ambery glow, patchouli depth, and tonka bean with benzoin a soft, almost vanilla-like sweetness.
