Tuberoza is a white floral from Nishane, composed by Jorge Lee and released in 2014. Floral is how everyone describes it; a good share also find it woody, and a minority pick up musk, amber and citrus around the edges.
It opens with orange blossom and sweet orange, with artemisia adding a bitter, herbal snap that keeps the first minutes from being purely sweet. The heart is a dense bouquet of tuberose, gardenia and jasmine, creamy, heady and slightly green. The base of sandalwood and vetiver gives a dry woody footing, while amber softens it and adds warmth.
Most people report long-lasting or near-permanent wear, and projection is usually strong, so this is a scent that announces itself. It is voted chiefly for spring and summer and splits evenly between day and night. It is worn by anyone who likes big white flowers and is happy for them to be noticed.
