Cardamom and elemi open it with a cool, slightly lemony spice and a resinous, peppery lift. The heart pairs Turkish rose with geranium, so the rose reads green and a little sharp rather than jammy, while osmanthus adds an apricot-like, faintly leathery softness. The base is where the darker elements arrive: leather, vetiver and cypriol give a smoky, earthy, slightly inky depth, and amber warms it through.
It is a shared fragrance, worn by anyone. The combination of a bright rose with leather and smoke suggests a scent for cooler weather and evenings, and for people who prefer their rose with edges rather than sweetness.
