Uomo? is a woody men's fragrance from Moschino, released in 1998 and composed by Olivier Cresp. Everyone describes it as woody and two thirds as spicy, with green, fresh, resinous and citrus facets noticed by a third.
The opening is distinctive: kumquat and coriander with aldehydes and Brazilian rosewood, which gives a sparkling, slightly soapy citrus over smooth wood. The heart is clary sage and cinnamon with cyclamen and labdanum, so it turns herbal and warm with a resinous undertone. The base is cedar and musk with ambergris and wormwood, a dry, lightly bitter woody finish.
Two thirds of wearers report moderate longevity, and the trail is moderate for most. It is voted mainly for daytime and for spring and summer, which fits a well-mannered daytime woody with a herbal, old-school character.
