Pretty Fruity, from Montale in 2011, was composed by Pierre Montale. It is a sweet fruity floral: everyone describes it as sweet and floral, and about half also find it musky and citrusy.
The opening is passionfruit and blackcurrant with citruses, a tangy, tropical, slightly sharp fruit accord. The heart is magnolia and lily, two clean, slightly lemony white flowers that keep the fruit fresh rather than candied. The base is musk alone, soft and clean, which gives the scent a light, skin-close finish and little in the way of woody depth.
