La Nuit Trésor, a 2015 Lancôme fragrance for women by Christophe Raynaud and Amandine Clerc-Marie, is gourmand through and through; woody, citrus, floral and amber facets are noticed only by a minority.

Tangerine, bergamot and pear open it with a juicy brightness that does not last long. The heart turns dark and fruity: black rose gives a deep, velvety floral, strawberry and passionfruit a sweet, slightly tart fruitiness, and vanilla orchid a creamy softness. The base is a dessert counter: praline, caramel and vanilla for sweetness, coffee and liquorice for a bitter, roasted edge, patchouli and incense for earth and smoke, with lychee, coumarin and papyrus rounding it off.

More than half of wearers find it long lasting, and most describe the sillage as strong. It is voted mainly for winter and autumn and three quarters of the time for night, so it reads as a bold, sweet evening scent for cold weather rather than anything for a warm afternoon.

La Nuit Trésor — unisex fragrance by Lancôme (released 2015). Top notes: Pear, Tangerine, Bergamot. Heart notes: Strawberry, Black Rose, Vanilla Orchid, Passionfruit. Base notes: Praline, Caramel, Vanilla, Litchi, Patchouli, Incense, Coffee, Licorice, Coumarin, Papyrus. — Parfica open fragrance database
