Grapefruit and apple open it with crisp, slightly bitter freshness. Basil, sage and lavender then give a green, herbal character, like a kitchen garden in the sun, while black pepper adds dry heat. The base is clean and dry: cedar for pencil-shaving sharpness, vetiver for earthy smoke, sandalwood to smooth the edges.
Wear reports have not yet been collected. On character this is a daytime scent for spring and autumn, tidy enough for the office and brisk enough for a walk. It is worn by anyone, and will appeal most to those who prefer herbs and dry woods to sweetness. It is sold in two bottle sizes.
