The notes are listed together. Bergamot and neroli give a brief, bright start before the spices arrive: black pepper, pink pepper, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, together warm, sharp and slightly sweet. Artemisia adds a bitter herbal note and iris a cool powder. The woody body is cedar, guaiac wood and cashmere wood, dry and soft at once, with cypriol adding an earthy, oud-like smokiness.
