The opening is cool and bright: green mandarin and bergamot give a crisp citrus lift, while aquozone and sea notes create a watery, saline impression. The heart leans herbal and Mediterranean, with rosemary, lavender and cypress adding an aromatic, slightly resinous greenness and mastic a bitter, piney edge. The base is where the depth comes from, as mineral notes and musk give a stony, clean dryness, patchouli an earthy weight and amber a soft warmth.
