Dune Pour Homme is a sweet, woody fragrance from the French house Dior, composed by Olivier Cresp and Jean-Pierre Bethouart and released in 1997. Sweetness and wood lead equally, with a strong herbal side and green and floral touches.

Black currant, sage, basil and fig leaf open with a tart, green and herbal freshness. The heart brings mignonette, which gives a soft, green floral note, fig wood bark, a milky woodiness, and rose a gentle warmth. In the base, tonka bean and vanilla create a sweet, soft warmth, with sandalwood and cedar adding a smooth wood.

About half of wearers find its longevity moderate, and most report moderate sillage. It is voted for summer and spring and largely for daytime. This masculine scent suits the office and warm-weather days, and someone who likes fig-and-herb scents with a soft, sweet woody finish.
