Lemon and Calabrian bergamot open it, bright and sharp, with ginger adding a fizzy, slightly hot spice that gives the citrus some bite. The heart softens the picture: orange blossom brings a fresh, faintly honeyed white floral, clary sage a herbal, tea-like greenness, and Helvetolide, a modern musk material, a clean, slightly fruity smoothness. The base is dry rather than sweet. Haitian vetiver adds a smoky, rooty earthiness, cypriol a darker, woody, almost leathery depth, and Anthamber a warm, mineral amber that lasts.
Fresh and spicy up top with a dry, woody finish, it reads as a versatile daytime scent for spring and summer, clean enough for work and interesting enough not to disappear.
