The opening is a dessert counter: coffee, hazelnut, pistachio and praline together give a roasted, nutty, caramelised sweetness, and a knafeh note adds a buttery, syrupy pastry quality. The heart is chocolate and vanilla, warm and creamy, with cardamom bringing an aromatic, slightly cooling spice that cuts through the richness. The base of caramel, tonka bean and amberwood is smooth and sweet, with amberwood adding a dry, woody warmth so it does not end as pure sugar.
