It opens on bergamot and lemon, bright and clean, with elemi adding a fresh, peppery resin that bridges into the heart. There, woody notes are joined by jasmine and lily of the valley, which bring a smooth, slightly dewy floral softness rather than anything heady. The base of amber, patchouli and musk is warm and dry, with patchouli adding an earthy depth and musk keeping the drydown close and clean.
