The name says it all: this is the smell of a kitchen mid-bake. Rum and lemon zest open it with a boozy warmth and a bright, zesty sparkle, like the first steps of a cake recipe. In the heart, whipped cream brings a light, airy and milky sweetness, and praline a caramelised, nutty richness. The base is warm and sugary: Bourbon vanilla gives a creamy, rounded sweetness and brown sugar a soft, molasses-like caramel note.
