There is no formal pyramid. Rum gives a warm, sweet booziness; cocoa and cacao pod add a dark, bitter chocolate rather than milk chocolate; tobacco brings a dry, leafy sweetness; and smoke and woods run through it all, keeping the sweetness in check. The effect is less dessert than a dark room with a cigar and a glass of something.
