It opens with cardamom and ginger for a warm, zesty spice, bergamot for a citrus lift and rosemary for a herbal freshness. The heart is aromatic and spicy: sage gives a herbal, slightly savoury note, nutmeg warmth, geranium a rosy, slightly minty freshness and coriander a citrusy spice.
