The notes are listed together. Lemon and sea salt give a bright, briny opening, and rosemary with cardamom adds a herbal, aromatic edge. Fig leaf brings a green, milky sap note, and pine a resinous, coniferous freshness that suggests the Ligurian coast the name refers to. The woody core is cedar and sandalwood, dry and creamy together, with oakmoss adding a bitter, earthy depth. Labdanum, amber and tonka bean warm the finish without making it sweet.
