Fig and black currant open it alongside orange blossom, so the first minutes are green and fruity, the fig bringing a milky, leafy freshness and the black currant a tart edge. Orange blossom carries on into the heart with jasmine, a sunny, honeyed pair of white flowers. The base is iris, cool, powdery and slightly rooty, over patchouli for depth and a soft gourmand accord that gives just enough sweetness to tie it back to the original.
Most wearers find it lasts long or moderately long, and the sillage is moderate for about half and strong for a third. Winter and autumn take the most votes, with day and night split exactly even, so it is a cool-weather floral for any time of day.
