It opens with sage and cardamom, herbal and lightly spiced, a dry rather than sweet start. The heart is two vetivers, Madagascar and Haitian, which together give an earthy, smoky, slightly grassy depth, paired with French narcissus, a green, hay-like flower that adds a soft, unusual floral note. The base is cedar and palo santo for dry, aromatic woods, with vanilla rounding off the finish with a gentle sweetness.
