Raspberry and peach open it with a ripe, juicy sweetness, joined by blackcurrant and currant leaf and bud, which add a tart, green edge that keeps the fruit lively. Osmanthus sits in the heart, bringing its apricot-and-suede character, and jelly adds a soft, sugary texture. Salted caramel, Tahitian vanilla and tonka bean form the base, sweet, creamy and slightly salty, so the finish is rich without being cloying.
It suits autumn and winter and casual or evening wear. Anyone who likes fruit-and-caramel gourmands with a little green freshness should find it appealing.
