Hazelnut and davana open it, the nut giving a roasted, slightly buttery warmth and davana a fruity, almost boozy note, with coriander adding a green spice. The heart pairs cocoa and tea, bitter and dry rather than sugary, with clearwood, a clean, modern patchouli material. The base is the real patchouli, earthy and slightly camphorous, alongside vetiver's smoky rootiness and cetalox for a smooth, ambery, mineral persistence.
