Mandarin orange, raspberry and black currant give a juicy, tart opening. The heart is rose, including Bulgarian rose, with freesia adding a light, peppery freshness. Then the sweetness arrives: liquorice brings a dark aniseed note, tonka bean a nutty warmth, and Peru balsam a thick, vanilla-like resinous depth, with musk rounding the finish so it sits softly on the skin.
