The opening pairs watery notes with blackcurrant syrup, so it starts clean and cool but with a dark, sweet fruit running through it. The heart is a night-blooming bouquet: jasmine sambac, narcissus and rose, with cyclamen adding a dewy, slightly green freshness. Oud and patchouli then take over in the base, earthy and dry, while incense and benzoin add smoke and a soft resinous sweetness.
There are no wear reports yet on longevity or sillage. The combination of white flowers, oud and incense points to evenings and cooler weather, and to a man comfortable wearing a floral with depth. It is sold in a 100 ml bottle.
